do I have a heart defect/heart murmur?
this happens to me if I eat too much chocolate or drink too much caffeine, my heart accelerates a lot and my breath becomes shortened and sometimes I start getting chest pain. Oh and also about a year ago I woke up with a sharp pain on my ribs, the pain was so bad that i couldn’t sit up straight, my parents then took me to a walk in clinic, where I had a chest x-ray to check if I could have possibly have had a collapsed lung, then I had a blood check to see if I had any blood clots. When the results came, the Doctors said there was nothing wrong.

Can anybody tell my why this happens to me? I get chest pain every once in a while

I think I know how to fix brassy blonde hair…?
Well, ladies, I embarked on my dark brown to (hopefully) icy blonde hair color on Thursday. It is now Saturday and I am finally finishing up the mess I made of my hair. Wow. I haven’t seen my natural shade since the 7th grade, I’m 30 now. My mom always said it was "dirty dishwater blonde" and I was white blonde as a kid – hence the original idea for going icy in the first place. I’ve always colored my hair DARKER at home with no problems, but I pretty much stuck to the mantra: going darker at home=ok, going lighter at home=not ok, GO TO THE SALON. Plus, after a mishap in 12th grade of trying blonde in a box, which ended up with me crying and in a salon chair for four hours and $250 less in my pocket. I thought I’d learned my lesson. I did until Thursday. Anyone who colors at home – especially us darker gals – often are enticed by that beautiful blonde hair – well at least I am. I gave in and started perusing the blonde boxes. I’m a huge fan of Clairol Perfect 10 – I have used Medium Dark Brown or Dark Brown. So I thought I’d start there. The lightest blonde really wasn’t want I wanted, plus it said on the box that the darkest hair for optimal results that one could have was dark blonde. My hair was dark brown with some golden/red undertones to it. So I checked that one off and looked some more. I found Clairol Born Blonde Maxi – it claimed to take dark hair (even black) to pale yellow blonde. I was skeptical, but it sounded like a "lighting kit" AKA bleaching kit was what it was gonna take to get my desired blonde. I read the box and it said I would want to consider toning afterwards with Clairol Natural Instincts – light blonde, afterwards. I just bought the Born Blonde and went home to try it. I forgot to mention that I got some Color Oops (get rid of any excess haircolor) too and used that before the Born Blonde. The directions said it was normal for the hair to pass through an orange stage, so I didn’t freak when I saw orange. After an hour of waiting, the orange stayed. Awe, heck. I’M A PUMPKIN! I got on the internet and started looking around. TONE TONE TONE was the answer I got. Fine. So I walked back to Walgreens and bought the Clairol Natural Instincts BRASS FREE light blonde. Side Note: Brass and I have been mortal enemies the last few days. Relieved, with toner in hand, I applied. The directions warned me not to exceed 10 minutes, I followed suit. After rinsing and conditioning (ALWAYS USE THE CONDITIONER THEY GIVE YOU) – I’m serious. Well…I WAS STILL A PUMPKIN! With Walgreens now closed, I was stuck with my pumpkin head. I started researching more on the internet. I started getting the general consenus that it is quite normal to have to bleach again. Friday morning, 5am: I tried the Born Blonde again, only this time I used the Ultra Blue – a kit that promised no brassiness. For double insurance I bought the L’Oreal Brass Banisher to tone with. I applied the Born Blonde. Left it on for almost 2 hours, until I started seeing yellow, then rinsed. I wasn’t thrilled, but I had the Brass Banisher, so I did that. I was getting excited becasue I could have sworn I saw the brassiness starting to go down. Did I finally get the shade I wanted? NOPE. I was now a BANANA with PUMPKIN streaks. My hair looked and felt like straw. I was starting to get worried about my hair starting to fall out. My scapl was burning, the nape of my neck was itchy, I had to give it a rest. Last night, I rinsed again with some conditioner and went back to the internet to scour for some more tips and info so I could fix it Saturday (today). I really hated the advice of "just go to the salon" or "go to the pros" – trust me, I would have in the first place. Anyway. I was now faced with two options : go REALLY dark again or neutralize this mess. I decided to neutralize. I am aware that "ash" reduces "brass", but I also know that there is a risk of going GREEN if you go too dark. I went back to my trusted brand, Clairol Perfect 10, and bought the Dark Blonde shade. It is a neutral shade, so I wouldn’t go green nor would I go even further into the brassy range. Plus, having used Perfect 10 before I know that it fades over time – dark blonde seemed the right way to go, plus with the base I was working with, I knew it was going to come out lighter and with some golden in it. I applied it, left it on a bit longer, about 25 mintues then rinsed. I also put a dime size of ‘Blue Shampoo’ and very gently washed my hair before using the color conditioner. And….FINALLY….SUCCESS! My hair is a nice beigy, honey, wheaty blonde – a "dirty dishwater" blonde with some goledn hues – very much similar to my natural shade. I think? I am relieved, plus it’ll be a good base when I decide to lighten it with a ton of highlights BY GOING TO THE FREAKIN SALON – OR – if I decide to go darker at home. runescape errors?
Hi,

Firstly i cannot stress how unbeilivably annoying this problem is.. it stops me from gaming on the internet, which i enjoy for the most part.

The problem is with the online game ‘Runescape’ whenever i log into Runescape my web browser and my Java randomly closes… it could be 5 mins into gametime or 5 hours, it varies and is a totally random process, i have updated all the latest drivers on my computer so no hardware faults are causing it to crash, lately Runescape has been closing right after i log in, or after a small amount of gametime, another problem that also occurs is my computer will sometimes auto restart after signing into Runescape,
When my computer restarts i do not get error logs appearing on my desktop, however when my browser just crashes, i do.

i really hope i get help with this issue, you can’t imagine how frustraited i am,

My best suggestion to you is try uninstalling java from the control panal > add / remove software. Once you do that go back to www.java.com and download the NEWEST java build. This should help fix your problem. I would also recommend installing adobe flash and shockwave. There was a new java build that came out last month and Runescape uses the latest java build. If you aren’t updated u may experience this problem.

Can I get my car deposit back?
Here’s the situation. I paid $1,000 for ordering a 2010 Chevrolet Camaro in one of the dealerships in Virginia last September 2009. The deal is that they would require me to put up another $9,000 dollars in 3 months if the car arrives by that time.

I still owe $20,900 on my current car and they said that the $9,000 would be enough to pay the negative equity on my 2007 Mitsubishi Outlander. They assessed my car during that time and is worth $11,000 and could further reduced its value in 3 months..They said that having two car loans is going to be difficult so my only choice is to go with the trade in option.

Now 3 months have elapsed and the car has arrived. If I change my mind or could not come up with the $9,000, can I still get the $1,000 back. I charged it on my credit card last September 2009. By the way, the only receipt that I got is the credit card transaction paper. I did also sign order form and privacy disclosure form.

You entered a contract with the dealer, and it is an agreement in which he upheld his end of the agreement. I would have to guess that you will not "legally" be entitled to a refund. If the dealer took your money, and decided to sell your car to someone else, you would be pretty upset.

That being said, depending on the willingness of the dealer to accommodate you, you may be able to work something out, if the dealer is able to sell the car to someone else without losing money. If I was your dealer, that would be my first option. I would probably want to keep you as a future customer, if possible.

But – The bottom line is that you signed an agreement, and the dealer did what he said he was going to do, and you could be held responsible to hold up your end. Although not likely to happen, the dealer might be able to legally force you to meet the terms of the contract you signed.

You need to read the stipulations made by the dealer regarding whether the money was refundable or not. Many times when making a special order, the deposit is non-refundable.

Well, you leave a lot of important facts out of your question. But, I presume you signed a contract of purchase on the new car and gave them 1k earnest money. That money, in my estimation, is gone if you don’t buy the new car. Your present car is your problem, but if the seller offered you a trade-in (hopefully at a good price) then you are good to go through with the deal even if you’re upside down on the car you are trading in. If the trade-in price is less than the loan on that car, you should contact your lender to see what they say, but they can’t stop you from selling the car.

Now, you have to ask the question as to why you are so impulsive that you put 1k earnest money on a new car with a credit card. Does someone need to whack you on the back of the head?

You could contact your credit card company and see if they can reverse the charges. You didn’t receive anything for the money so in a way they are not fully justified in keeping the deposit. Sneaky, I know but that is your best shot at getting your money back. Lord knows car dealers hate to give any money back…it’s like pulling teeth to get anything out of them.

You say you were not given any other paperwork? Seems like they would have provided something that describes how the car was to be equipped, color and options…that sort of thing. You could tell the credit card company the car they are trying to sell you is not the same as the one you ordered…
