Does anyone know of a retailer in Britain selling AMSTRAD E3 EMAILLER SUPERPHONES?
I found one of the above in a website which told me that I must register with EBAY first. I have spent at least four hours a day for the past four days trying to sign on with EBAY but because I am nearly 80 and had had an account with them in the distant past it ended up in a comic opera – not so funny.
at all as it almost amounted to age harassment. They already had my name, address, telephone number and bank account number on their books but apparently assumed I was fraudster – they even told me my pet dog’s name was wrong – dogs don’t live forever. My email address was wrong , well I have been with Freeserve, Tiscali, TalkTalk and now SKY and have many e-mail addresses left over from them
That is the trouble with living too long, the whole world changes around you and however fast you run you just can’t ctach up.
God Bless

What a way to run a company when a simple telephone call – which they refused ? – could have settled everything amicably
Haha this is the best question I have read in a long time, thank you for the entertainment lol
I did some basic searching and I found this handy little statement:
"the Amstrad E3 is available from Dixons, Currys, The Link, Argos, Carphone Warehouse, Comet, John Lewis and Toys ‘R’ Us. For stockist information, call the Amstrad helpline on 0906 681 6816 or visit www.amstrad.com."
I hope this helps.
P.s. I only clicked on this question because I though it may have had some correlation to the old Amstrad computers of the 80’s but your explanation had me in stitches and I felt I owed it to you to search around a bit
