do i acknowledge his gf or pretend she doesn't exist?
this guy and i met a few months ago and have spent a lot of time together (working). we flirt and are into each other, and we tell each other everything. BUT he has never mentioned his gf.
he’s been with her about a year and he has told my sister that it isn’t working out between him and his gf, but he has never even mentioned her to me at all (good or bad). i invited him to a picnic last week and he turned up with his gf, and next week he has invited me to a client lunch and i think she’ll probably be there.
what should i do? do i acknowledge her or pretend she’s not there like i don’t know who she is? i really think he and i will end up together and i know he’s not a player (i know his friends and they all tell me he is completely taken with me and ‘just needs to sort a few things out’). how should i play this one out? introduce myself to her so he knows that i know, or just avoid her and talk to other people so he can play it his way?
introduce yourself. if you are aloof she will know something is up. girls are smart like that. don’t mention how well you hit it off or anything, just introduce yourself and be friendly. dont avoid her but dont go out of your way to talk to her.

that is really mean of him and i would never go out with a person that has done that. Its like he found something better and is just dumping her for you. Whos to say that he wont do the same to you. AlsO, I dont think it is wise to go out with someone you work with. That is just a personal rule.Well, gl.
